Established in 2002 Elco Building Services offers a comprehensive range of Mechanical, electrical, plumbing and data cabling services across the complete spectrum of buildings. These services include management, installation, commissioning and ad-hoc/contracted maintenance.

As such, we still maintian our original client base, enjoy a steady rate of growth, and benefit our clients by providing a growing range of services coupled with the stability of a long-term business partner.
We operate on a resident on-site, mobile ad-hoc, or mixed availability basis; and recognising that every one of our clients has different needs and requirements, our service agreements provide cover that ranges from standard office hours up to and including 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
